Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Every Pink Blossom candle is handcrafted in India, and made-to-order based on your selected scent and customization preferences.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Since every candle is made-to-order and customized, we currently accept prepaid orders only, via 100% secure and encrypted checkout. Partial COD is in the process of being enabled — check back soon for updates.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 5pm IST are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days depending on your location, with Pan-India shipping available and free on domestic orders.
Can I customize the fragrance or design?
Yes, fragrance is customizable on most products, and we offer personalized messages and custom labelling for bulk or corporate orders. Contact us via WhatsApp for custom requests.
What is your return or replacement policy?
We offer a 3-day replacement window from the date of delivery for damaged or defective items. Since candles are made-to-order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Pan-India with free domestic delivery. International shipping is available to select countries at checkout — shipping cost is calculated automatically based on your location.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Is your wax safe and non-toxic?
Our soy wax candles are made from 100% natural, clean-burning, non-toxic soy wax. Product-specific wax type is listed on each product page.
