Replacement Policy (Important)

• Replacement requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery

• Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products
• An unboxing video is MANDATORY for all replacement requests
• The video must be clear, continuous, and uncut from package opening to product reveal
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Replacement is subject to quality verification
