  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods & for bulk order processing may take longer.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive deliveries earlier, while remote areas may take longer.

  • We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders, promotions, or minimum purchase amounts (if applicable).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates. Pink Blossom is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

International Shipping

  • We ship to selected countries worldwide through reliable courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, etc.).

  • Delivery timelines: Typically 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fee.

  • Order tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp to monitor your package.

  • Delays: Customs inspections or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.

Wrong Address / Non-Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or non-delivery attempts may incur additional charges for re-shipping.
